The first thing that you notice when using the Sole F63 treadmill is that it is very sturdy. Even when you are running fast it does not move about. If you've got an uneven floor the feet of the machine are adjustable to compensate.

There is a powerful 2.5 horsepower motor at the heart of this treadmill. Although not whisper quiet, you are still able to comfortably listen to your iPod or watch TV during your workout. The running deck is a comfortable 20" x 55".

There are 6 presets on the unit allowing you to concentrate on various workouts. These include cardio and fat burn modules. If you want to test your limits, the top speed that you can run at is 10 mph and you can set the incline to 15%.
